Compliance Statement with Tasmanian Raffle Rules:

• The ticket price is $5 and one ticket is included with the purchase of a conference ticket and only conference attendees can buy additional tickets at the conference up until 12 noon on Sunday 3rd November 2024.
• The group running the raffle is the Organising Committee of the Tassie Ham-E-Con Conference.
• The third party receiving remuneration from the raffle is the not-for-profit Radio and Electronics Association of Southern Tasmania Inc. and the remuneration is used solely for the organisation and running and the Tassie Ham-E-Con Conferences every two years.
• The total value of the prize pool is less than $10,000 made up from:
  1. ICOM IC-7300 – $1,599
  2. ICOM ID-52Plus – $1200
  3. Yaesu FTM-500 – $849
  4. DX Commander Expedition – $550
  5. ZachTek WSPR Desktop Transmitters – 5 x US$139 (Total: US$639)
  6. TET-EMTRON Vouchers – TBA
  7. Radioddity Xiegu G90 – $496
  8. DigiRig Vouchers – 2 x US$60 vouchers (Total: US$120)

•  The Raffle is being drawn from a large container at the Sir Stanley Burbury Theatre on Sunday 3rd November 2024 starting at 12:40pm.
• The order the tickets will be drawn are based on value starting with the highest valued item first through until the lowest valued raffle prize specified above.
• Raffle prize winners will be published on this website.
• Raffle prize winners do not need to be present for the draw and they will be contacted  to organise a pickup or delivery.
• Raffle tickets will not be sold to anyone under the age of 18 years.
• The following individuals cannot purchase raffle tickets:
  • The organising committee and their family members
  • Those drawing the raffle and their immediate family members
  • Anyone involved in the management committee of Radio and Electronics Association of Southern Tasmania Inc.
